Suzuki through an official statement stating their withdrawal from the MotoGP race began the 2012 season. In an official statement issued on Friday, November 18, mentioned that Suzuki temporarily withdraw from MotoGP and intend to return in the spring of 2014.
Suzuki also stated that they would move the focus on mass production motorcycle racing championship with the FIM homoglasi support and cooperation with their racing parts supplier.

"Suzuki Motor Corporation has decided to temporarily suspend their participation in the FIM Road Racing MotoGP Grand Prix from 2012."
